Its new business, Nutritional Revolutions, focuses on using the Amazon platform to sell organic foods and other organic goods.
It plans to start by offering the products to farmers in Texas and Arkansas.
The company plans to hire 30 employees and has raised $100,000 so far.
NutsShop is a spinoff of the online grocer that sold food online before being bought by Amazon in 2014.
Nums Shop is now listed on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol NUS.
The new company has received support from the Bezos Family Foundation and the Gates Foundation.
