Low fat pasta: A pasta that has fewer than 30g of fat, which makes it low in calories.
Lowfat rice: A rice that has less than 30 grams of fat and contains less than 10g of fibre per serving.
Low carbohydrate diets are the most popular diet for weight loss, with around one in four people losing weight at least once a week.
For a low-carb diet, most people find that eating a high-protein diet is the best way to lose weight.
Low carb diets may include more vegetables, fruits and nuts, including berries and flaxseeds, which are rich in vitamin K. A few low-glycemic index foods, such breads, cakes, muffins and pastries, are also very low in carbohydrates and may help you maintain a healthy weight.
However, the fibre content of these foods is often high, and the fibre in them is also very high in fibre.

Low GI foods: Low GI food items are foods that are usually high in carbohydrates, and low in fibre, which may not have as many calories as they should.
For example, white bread, biscuits, crackers, cereals, cakes and pastas are low GI foods, but have high levels of fat in them.
Fruits and vegetables have a higher GI than white bread and biscuits, but also have higher levels of fibre and vitamins.
Some of the best-tasting, healthiest fruits and vegetables include bananas, oranges, papaya, melons, lemons and leeks.
Some vegetables, such green beans, carrots, broccoli and peas, also contain high amounts of fibre.
High in fibre is good for you, and can help you feel full.
However if you are trying to lose a lot of weight, avoiding some foods may be helpful.
A low GI food may not be as healthy as a high GI food, but if you have a low GI, you may be able to eat more of the food you want, so long as you still get your nutrients from the fibre you get from the food.

Low FODMAP foods: These foods are not carbohydrates and are not full of fibre, but they may contain some FODMAS.
These are some of the foods that you can eat to get more fibre, including beans, peas, lentucas, lentile, onion, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, caulki and spinach.
They can also be added to baked goods and smoothies.
FODMAs: These are foods which are high levels in FODMA.
These foods include milk, eggs, yoghurt, dairy, wheat and certain grains, which can be high in FOS.
FOS: FOD is the chemical compound found in the human digestive tract, and it is linked to obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, high cholesterol, heart problems, kidney disease, and a range of other health problems.
FOMA: Food and Nutrition Institute, which produces the FODA diet, has a list of the FOMAs that can be added as FOD foods.
Low fODMAP products include beans, rice, beans products, cereal products, dairy and meat.
Low food fODMIs include nuts, beans (seeds and tubers), oats, soy, rice and beans.
Some fruits and veggies also have low levels of FOD in them, so if you find you are gaining weight, it may be time to consider reducing your intake of these items.
